He was previously president of the Components Business of Flextronics Corporation; prior to Flextronics he was President and a member of the Board of Directors of ZiLOG Corporation. For more than 20 years Michael has successfully built high technology businesses both domestically and in China. Kelly E. Lang EVP Finance and Chief Financial Officer Kelly joined Merix in July 2006, coming from Schnitzer Steel Industries, Inc. where he was VP for Capital Investment and Business Integration. Kelly has over 20 years experience including executive leadership of global financial organizations. Thomas R. Ingham EVP Global Sales & Marketing Tom has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Merix since August 2005. He joined Merix in February 2005 as Director of Quick-turn Sales. Tom has over 25 years of experience in the printed circuit board industry.
